today is a brand new day I have had my walk and my healthy breakfast my lunch is packed and I am ready to face the world. and I got 8 full hours of sleep I feel great.

It is a very short but very busy week for me I only work 3 days but it is graduation then a 4 hour drive one way and back the next day and back then a dinner for my son need I go on and the same day as the drive I hope I can make it all if not I will miss the dinner that is no big deal I guess

I got to go do something that I have discovered I love to do and I can go do it for free I feel great when I get to do this and even better when I am done. I am so glad that I get to go do this.

this has been a busy week and next week is worse I am not sure that I want to try to explain but it is the end of the school year and my son graduates so that says it all right there.

I do enjoy my walks more amd more this time of year because at least I know what, where, when, why, and how on that
