It is less than 1 week to Christmas and I still don't have and Christmas spirit I wonder if it is becaust I work retail and it is no longer fun or if it is because my kids don't have it this year

I got on the scale today I am down 3 more pounds this is great because I usually don't loose in the winter months because I am not as active

This am I got up early and went on a long walk with my dog then came back and took the other one on a walk it felt so good to have the time to just enjoy the walk i saw several elk and of course the ever present cows but it was awesome not to have to have to rush back to get ready for work
