I am starting my work day out behind I have some left over work from yesterday to finish and all of todays work to get done then meetings to go to my bf wants to take me and the kids to dinner and I don't want to go I would rather he just cook dinner at home for me so that I could rest. He only works 3 days a week I work 5 plus volenteer work for the school so I am very tired ok ok my pity party is over I am done thanks for listening

  It is so hard to say no isn't it? I had to take a hard look last year at all my committments and let go of some, reduce the hours of others ...when you start this crazy journey of trying to eat right and be healthy, you need more time for yourself. You could suggest next week dinner at your house or healthy take out delivered to your house by bf! It's hard to let go but if you feel like you never have time to yourself, to be still,, to just do nothing and relax for 30 minutes, you need to schedule that in your day. I thought it was impossible but then I made it work and I feel much better than before. Good luck!!! Hang in there~~~ glad your bf is a nice guy.
