It is my me day

Well it is my me afternoon I do not take the entire day just the afternoon but I feel so refreshed and energised after I do some thing that I want to do. I think that I am better able to face the work week.

It is Friday and I love it It rained last night and so I slept real well and it is cool so my walk was great I am ready to face the day and best of all tomorrow is my me day

I am on the home side of this work week It is almost over and I am glad I just do not like my job right now and when I am that unhappy I want others to leave me alone and to stay away. part of it could be that I just want to be left alone and to not have to worry about always watching my back but with some of the managers that we have I know that i have to watch every step because they are not good managers and they will over step thier bounds just to show that they are the boss.

Good for you. Take one day at a time. Start exercising with 10 minutes a day and work up. You can feel success in ten minutes.. Start with one thing- exercise and then after awhile work with food. Get junk food out of house. do this for you!! You deserve it. Report Inappropriate Comment

Day 5 was ok going back to work is just that back to work but I got a letter and that makes it a great day. Day 6 will be better I can't wait to get work done and over with for today
