I am on the home side of this work week It is almost over and I am glad I just do not like my job right now and when I am that unhappy I want others to leave me alone and to stay away. part of it could be that I just want to be left alone and to not have to worry about always watching my back but with some of the managers that we have I know that i have to watch every step because they are not good managers and they will over step thier bounds just to show that they are the boss.

Good for you. Take one day at a time. Start exercising with 10 minutes a day and work up. You can feel success in ten minutes.. Start with one thing- exercise and then after awhile work with food. Get junk food out of house. do this for you!! You deserve it. Report Inappropriate Comment

Today is a great day because I want it to be a great day and I am the only person who can make me have a good or a bad day so I will start out the day with the Idea in my mind that it will be a great day

Day 5 was ok going back to work is just that back to work but I got a letter and that makes it a great day. Day 6 will be better I can't wait to get work done and over with for today

It is day 5 sense my son left and I have to go back to work I am hoping that the routine of work and the busyness of it will keep my mind more active and help me snap out of any depression that may try to hold on

walking helps and I know it is good for me

The Lords Day

I do belive that we should have a day that we give to the Lord and for many of us it is Sunday I know for me it is the day that I spend thanking the lord for always being there to lead and to guide me down the right path
