Yesterday I began what I call my "jumpstart" challenge. For 30 days, I will write down everything I eat, stay within my recommended ranges and walk at least 10 minutes everyday. My birthday is in a month. As a gift to myself, I would love to lose 5lbs.
I feel like I did do well my first day. I walked with Auto for 25 minutes and stayed within the ranges. I fell short on drinking water and only missed one of my fruit/veggie servings.
I had an interview for an accounting internship position. I did not pack a lunch, so that is where I screwed up. I had a Rockstar and Chex Mix for lunch. All I can say is - one day at a time!
