I committed to sparking every day and I did for the past 8 days until sunday. I lost track of time and before I knew it it was Monday. Now I have to start over. Well that's okay because when I spark I see results. Last week I met my 2 pound weight loss goal. So a sparking I go!

A good day and a bad day rolled into one!

I started my day by attending a funeral. It was my co-workers wifes father. I had never met the man but somehow I felt I needed to show my support to my co-worker and his wife.
When the day was over I was so glad that I went. It's so hard to explain and maybe I don't need to but I know my co-worker appreciated the support and that's just what friends do, Support one another through thing and thin, good and bad.

    You are a great friend. Those type of gestures mean more than we often realize. Someimes, it's hard to express it to everyone that come to the funeral but you do note it in your heart and appreciate it.

An April goal!

Wow I can't believe I've actually logged in three days in a row. Yippee! The small things get me motivated. Any who I have decided enough of this not sticking with what I know I can do. So I am committing that for the month I will challenge myself to loose 10 pounds. I'm shooting for two pounds a week. That means I have to exercise and eat balanced meals.

I know I can cut back 7000 calories a week . I know I can. So I go to sleep tonight and dream of what I will do tomorrow to get to my 2 pounds down on Monday. That's my weigh in day. I'm eyeing a pair of pants in my closet that's calling my name. emoticon

Day 2

I spent the weekend cleaning house. Do you know how many steps you can add to your daily walk total by going up and down the stairs putting things away. By the end of the evening I was sitting things at the top of the stairs for my trips down stairs tomorrow. :)

Just keeping it real. I was wore out by the end of the day. Can't wait to get started tomorrow.
