Today is a great day for exercising. I will be later on today when I go up and do the treadmills, rowing machine, elliptical trainer, and weights. My dad thought that I was going to do them yesterday I told him no and I was just going to do them on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. He said that I could do them 5 days a week but I told him nope. I wanted to do them on the three days that I told him before he had to stop doing his physical therapy and cardiac rehab. Besides doing them 5 days a week is a little overkill on the most of those machines for me right now. I'm on my period and its hard to do some of those machines espeically when I have a heavy flow day. I know that Monday and yesterday were somewhat of a heavy days. Today seems like an okay day. My period isn't as bad as as it was the last two days. I think that it's almost over with. I was sore (espeically my legs) Monday but it wasn't from doing 15 minutes on the elliptical trainer. It was from my period. My legs were bloated and sore and I didn't feel like making them even worse. I didn't want to do like I did one night last month where I was up for 3 hours knitting (BTW, got that table runner done and now making a knitted prayer shawl) and have to wait for my Excederin to kick in.
