It's too nice of a day to stay inside but I have A LOT of things to do inside today that I am going to be outside enjoying. I have a lot of laundry to do and a few odds and ends to do since my dad and I are going to be leaving for Minnesota in 10 days.
This Prayer was read last week in church and I thought that I should add it to this blog:
The Peace Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi
Lord make me an instrument of your peace.
Where there is hatred,
Let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is error, truth;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is dispair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light;
And where there is sadness, joy.
O, Divine Master, grant that I may not so
much seek to be consoled---as to console;
To be understood, as to understand;
To be loved, as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive,
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
And it is in dying that we are born to eternal
Remember this and you'll feel better.
