I'm trying to think of some exercises to do to break my plateau of weighing 207 pounds. I guess my body is bored with the exercises that I've been doing and that's why I've plateaued. I will be walking with my friend that I was going to get a hold of via Facebook and she will be walking wih me. Monday evening will be the first time.
My youngest niece is doing better. To keep the swelling down due to the pregnancy, she swims. She also has a job working for Papa John's. I found out about these 2 things yesterday when I was texting her mom. But all and all, she's doing fine.
It's a cold morning so I'm not going to take the dog for walks. If we're not busy later and it's warmer, I will then. But not now. It's 51 degrees outside.
I had a somewhat of a great lunch and an excellent supper. But after I ate both meals, I felt like I ate too much.
Today would of ben a great day if my TOM wasn't causing me to day near the bathroom. Plus my cramps were hurting. No amount of walking could of helped. I think that I need to cut back on the caffine in the afternoon because my flow is heavy then.
Found a bike helmet today but can't afford it. It is at Target and they want $22.29 for it and it matches my bike perfectly. It has flowers on it but you have to see them in the right light. I got a photo of it.
I still haven't sold my swimsuit yet. If I do get another one, it'll be in the size I'm wearing not a size bigger like I've heard. I still have my old one from when I was either in junior high or high school but I'm not sure if it'll fit. I will see after I'm over TOM before I try it on. I will take a phot o of me in it and hopefully (if I look okay in it) post it.
My dad is doing something that he's been needing. Shave his whiskers and trim his beard and mustache. He was starting to look like Grizzly Adams.
I forgot to ask. Does anyone have any exercises that I could do besides workout DVDs, treadmills, bikes (stationary and regular bikes), walking, exercise ball, or joining a gym (we go to a local hospital to do the same thing)? I'm running out of ideas. Can't run yet since I'm not fit enough for it yet and plus my asthma. I just need to add one or two things to my exercising to break this stupid plateau.
I can't believ ethat tomorrow is the start of a whole new month. It seems like only yesterday we started 2012. I hope that the rest of the year doesn't go fast. Before you know it, my grandniece will be born in May, county fair in Minnesota will be here in July, and anything else that may happen.
