I have been doing a lot of thinking lately about my journey to a healthier me and trying to come up new ideas/ways of achieving success finally. Beginning today, May 1,2012 I have decided to set monthly goals,including number of pounds to lose,habits to work on,etc. This is my list of goals to achieve by the end of the month....
1. Lose 5 lbs.
2. Drink 5 bottles of water a day=100 oz of water
3. 30 mins of cardio a day, at least 5 days a week
4. Toning videos for my Spring into Shape challenge
5.Vlog at least 2x a week
6. Find ways of being more active during the day.
