I've been sparking now for 10 months and enjoying the successful journey thus far. It has become a part of my daily routine....tracking nutrition, increasing my scheduled fitness, but most importantly being in contact with old and new friends putting my opinions and experiences out there and hearing back from you.
Last Friday, my dear Mother-in-law was hospitalized. She is an eighty-five year old Polish immigrant who survived a concentration camp. That being said her prognosis is complicated. We've been spending many hours with her and there will be many more on the horizon. Hopefully, the doctors will be able to get her meds to the correct levels again.....only time will tell and it could be a long process.
We all get comfortable with our routines.....I know I have. With what has happened in the past couple of days I've tried to continue sparking daily, I've been tracking my food (which ends up to be less than I should be eating)...again the routine of when and what has gone by the wayside. I've not done my exercises like I should (would like to), but putting everything in perspective, I will do what I can...maybe even push a little harder to get those all important walks in.
So my dear friends, I will spark when I can, do the best that I can to stay on track and will change my daily routine to fit life's challenges. I am not giving up SP, but if you don't here from me at least you will know why....Please keep us in your prayers.
Hugs to all who read and/or comment. And remember smile.....it's contagious.
