I haven't been doing the best that I could have these past couple of weeks, especially with my daily exercise. I'm taking responsibility for my excuses and will not hold on to them anymore. Today is a new day, one in which I can do better. I've joined the spring challenge and the plan is to commit to this challenge for four weeks. By doing this (taking one day at a time) I will re-establish the habit of daily exercise.
I've taken on many healthy habits in this past year, but I'm still a "work in progress" and will remain a "work in progress" because there is always room for improvement, even after I reach my goal weight.
