Prayers once again prevail. What was a very difficult night is turning into an optimistic outlook today. Mary's surgery went well. The surgeon put 7 coils into the aneurysm (this is to keep it from rupturing again. He also said (hence the good outlook) when Mary is stronger and her vitals a better he will go back in and put clamps in. With the research that I did the coils are less invasive and the clamps are more permanent. She has moved both her hands and opens her eyes every once in a while, but she is still very sedated. She still has a good chance of pulling through this......again from my research a lot of brain aneurysms are deadly.
I believe this is not Mary's time to meet our Maker. She lives alone and just happen to have an unscheduled repair man come and do some work on her condo. They had a conversation, he asked for a pail and she went for it. He needed a tool from his truck....and found Mary on her kitchen floor. Called 911.
If he wouldn't have been there .......... well I just thank God he was.
Thanks for the prayers, so far, and please keep them coming. We all appreciate them. I think I might get some sleep tonight and unfortunately we need to go to a funeral tomorrow for a family friend....she would have been 97...three days after her passing. Thanks for being here for me. Hugs to all who read this....we NEVER get too many hugs.....
