what do your cards say in relation to dieting... food... weight loss? ...what's E.O.D. cards?

HealthClub/ You can see them here and I've typed my journal up and entered it in the files section if you want to read about it.

Including but not limited to the 7 Keys of Weight loss success from Dr. Phil's plan. I was using it at the time I lost the weight. De-fat the kitchen, dump the with sugar and flour and bad fats. WWI = weekly weigh in. Have you exercised today. Meals, menus, grocery list etc. are also in it. [I've used other programs too, and adopted tips and ideas from them that help.]

I love this quote I found today on the spark search page. It is very motivating!

My walk yesterday was great. I just needed jeans and my leather gloves, and hooded coat. Invogorating!

I've gotten in to the habit of doing my other exercises / weights early in the morning when I first get up.

  


Motor Cycle Toys For Tots Parade

Last weekend we saw the toys for tots parade we used to do that when we had our motor cycles.
We saw this when we were out on a date.

This weekend we are going to take a thermos of hot soup and see the lights at the park and walk around. It's supposed to turn off cold again here by then. Another opportunity to wear my ATV ruiding suit.

Itís been pouring down rain all morning I saw the elderly neighbor gal out walking her dog this morning at nine their regular time. I thought Iíll wait. I did my inside stuff crunches, wall pushups, leg lifts, stair steps, etc. then errands after lunch it had slowed down to light rain.

I put on my hooded snowmobile ~ATV suit over my lounge pants and tee shirt, and then my boots, a long coat, I grabbed my gloves and my trusty floral umbrelly determined not to let the rainy weather cheat me out of my exercise today. I headed out the door and by the time I was done with my walk the rain had nearly stopped.

Tomorrow we have high wind warnings so it will be indoor exercise Iím considering something like mopping the floors, or walking at the mall.

Oops I deleted my goals.
No time like the presant for revamping them
for the New Year.

Speaking of goals guess what I just found.
To start taking cod liver old omga 3 fish oil
was one of my New Years resolutions and today
I found some at the dollar store and I took one today Yea! I'm making
progress on my goals. It is supposed to help with blood sugar.
