September started off great!

Yesterday my 2 sons and I watched out football team win then went and played golf together. Can't get much better than that!

The end of summer is upon is now that High School Friday night Football and College Football starts this weekend!

How many fitness points do I get for all the aerobics I get jumping up and down watching the games?

  Select an item on your meal tracking listing (from breakfast, lunch or dinner). When that item comes up, underneath the "how much" is a link that says "see nutritional info". Select that and when that dialogue box comes up you'll be asked if you feel is it accurate or not or if you don't know. Select any one of the three choices and you get a point
