I've been slacking in this WHOLE health and fitness part of my life for a few months. I've focused on other things, which is a lousy excuse, but it's the truth. I've gone for easy and yummy and LAZY over healthy! :( Bad me!!
I'm weighing 133 which isn't terrible, of course. I'm still in the healthy zone for my BMI. It's not my weight that I'm even thinking about. I am thicker, soft and squishy - BOO! I like how it feels to be in shape, to have that ENERGY and the feeling of being really alive. I've felt none of those lately.
I am thinking of reducing my consumption of poultry (I don't eat any other meat) down to just a few times a week instead of 4-5. I am definitely upping my water intake, and I am going to exercise 5-6 times a wekk again. I am going to blog my daily foods for a while (I don't like tracking them - takes too long) and see how much that changes how I eat. ;) It's usually a pretty good motivator!
