Not much today, mostly just came on to log food. Worked tonight for quite probably the last night for my current company :).

1/2 Fiber One bar, DC, 1/2 (lemon chicken, fried rice, mixed veggies), maybe eat rest of it tomorrow, 2 twizzlers, numerous chocolate minis, stroganoff noodles with peas.

Yay Friday, and Yay daylight savings time! :)

So today I started transitioning/training some other people to do my job. I am leaving my current place in 1.5 weeks and will be starting a new job in about 2 weeks. It's exciting to leave, bittersweet now that all the good memories/conversations are happening, and hard to transition. How to teach someone all that you do? it's like huh? it's working fine though. Just a little overwhelming.

Tonight is a Taize lent service reconciliation thing for Lent. Should be good but i'm already tired and standing on risers for a hour doesn't help haha

2/3 Cinnamon Roll, DC, fried chicken leg and thigh, mashed potatoes and gravy, Grape G2, a few twizzlers, 2 thin mint girl scout cookies, kashi go lean crunch and milk.

I did a "The Firm" ab workout for the first time in months!!! It was good to do and also eye opening just how hard it was after not doing it for so long. Baby Steps.

Need to pull out some low impact tapes. I can't jump like a fool yet, but I can grape vine and do some small hopping....Sorta... each time I have to do stairs at work I am reminded that I"m still not quite OK. Stairs are still super slow.

ETA - freaking twisted my knee/leg today trying to close a damn taxi sliding door!! :( Not as bad as initial injury, but not good. Icing it now and hoping for best. Dance friend may be referring me to her chiropractor friend. Might be a good idea. I was ticked. I was already ticked b/c the driver took me on a different route than I requested, saying his way was better, then conceding that I was right. I probably rushed to get away from cab in snow and wasn't paying attention. bah!! will be fine again in a couple days...

Today I woke early and got on treadmill, I was glad that I did. It's the snooze button. Must stop hitting snooze and I'll have time for some small workouts during day.
(edit - walked 3 miles in the evening also. That helps)

Pumpkin oatmeal, DC, Chipotle Steak Fajita Burrito Bowl, 1 chocolate mini, Tombstone mini pizza, more pringles.

I'm wearing jeans at work. I had to go up a size and that's a little annoying. I used to be X, then I was buying X+2, but they were loose so whatever. Then they started fitting. Now X+2 is tight, and I'm in X+4. Consoling myselft as X+4 is a little loose. But not by much. They do look good though. And it is true that when you squeeze into a smaller size, you look bigger. The bigger size is a number known to you, but the fit skims your body better and you look better.

Will start working out a little more and doing toning work. X+2, I'm coming back to you!!

Junk food and mood eating and eating all on the plate instead of stopping when you are full is adding to my inability to lose weight. Going to start tracking food and activity here again.

Pumpkin oatmeal, DC, Chocolate mini bar, CBOT salad with dressing, grape G2, Veggie Pineapple Fried Rice (ate too much), lots of pringles green canister chips.

The day started fine. Then I started stuffing the food instead of just enjoying and eating until full. Then the pringles entered the picture.

I "meant" to get on the treadmill. And then it didn't happen. Get on!! Even for a short time. The smallest action is better than the grandest intent. I keep making plans of what to do instead of getting up and DOING them. Stop thinking about it too much and DO. This applies to so many things in life.

  I know what you mean about tacking food. I just started tracking again yesterday. It's AMAZING how many calories a person can consume without realizing it. I intially had Myfooddiary and it was good but, I do love the support you receive from others on here! I meant to go to the gym yesterday.... and then I made plans with someone... and then canceled.... and stayed home =/

Wooo... I"m at work, and I don't have a crutch :).

Workout -

Food - Captain Crunch with Milk, Tootsie roll mini, Office party with deep dish pizza (sausage), salad, and 2 mini brownies, G2.

Happy that - I had a fun weekend. SOme ups and downs, but overall, it was great to catch up with some people and meet new ones and bond and just generally get away from life for a bit.

Hoping to get back to real life, start some light workouts and see where we go. Now that I'm not huffing and puffing walking 2 blocks, maybe I can actually do a light core workout/stretch, easy thing in addtion to just normal life.
