How are you doing? I've been losing a lb a week on a challenge, since Sept 12. Yep I lost during the holidays, too. I have final weigh-in on Sunday morn Jan 1st, to see if I accomplished the challenge of a lb a week, but I feel like I've already won, even if I don't make it all the way.

Woohoo! I'm a little late in wishing you a great start on the new challenge. Hope this was a good week for you. I lost my Thanksgiving kilo - now for the hard part! But we can do it! Great team this time around! emoticon

Love that statement - my English students will get a kick out of it when I explain what "wobble" and "gobble" mean! And it's also VERY good advice! Thanks!

I am coming out from behind the screen.....be careful.... Yes, it is time to be honest with myself. I have regained all lost plus, since last August. emoticon

So, I am restarting again. Yes, I did hit a new high for my weight.

Stress, yes...high.
Changes at work-MAJOR and home...

I must get going and keep going this time! Funny, I think that has been said countless times.

Thank you for all of your support! I know we are all here for each other and will continue to be no matter what happens. emoticon

And how are you doing? I know how hard it is to make a fresh start and try to capture that motivation we had at the beginning. I'm not even sure it's possible - maybe we need to find NEW motivation. Certainly forgive ourselves and not beat ourselves up for past failures. God's grace!

I'm doing some new/old things myself starting today and looking forward to a restful week with very few appointments (although I could use the English lesson income!) to help me make that fresh start.

Keep us posted!
Michelle

You're not the first and won't be the last.

Everytime I miss the mark on something, it just shows me what's not a habit yet, and where I need to be more INTENTIONAL.

It takes alot of effort for me to be intentional about planning my week in advance, meal planning in advance, batch cooking in advance, etc; but the effort ALWAYS pays off hugely in my favor.

I don't know how you do it with children and husband and job - that's 3 full time jobs. I have trouble and I'm single.

Never forget how amazing you are.

I have been there before. Way to get back on track. Keep working on making this lifestyle a habit. It is so easy to get off track.

You picked a good time to get back on the wagon- spring and summer are the best times to get motivated. Good luck!
