I have not shared my numbers really as I feel health is sooooo much more important than numbers, however I have lost just over 25% of me....Amazing to me that this is happening.

Went shopping today, HAD TO buy pants that fit as was using belts to keep up size 22 pants and just was not working anymore.....

YEAH FOR KEEPING TO MY PANTS SHOPPING BUDGET
AND
YEAH FOR A SIZE 12 AMEN GOD AND MUCH PRAISE AND THANKS

22 TO 12 AND STILL FAITHFUL AND GOING

Tough month, I lost 4 pounds, (actually gained in the last couple of weeks). My first month not losing 5 or more (last month I lost 9) just over 40 total (which in fairness is absolutely astounding to me, I am grateful)!

Feeling a bit challenged as, if this were extreme wt lose, this may be phase 2 and everyone has a harder time in phase 2 (according to the show that is)
For me this is my hard x of the yr, holidays, weather, bday...eating and sleeping, some sadness...equals less motivation to workout
ex today...
didn't want to do a full 60 minute bike... biked out of boredom, but prayed through it...ya God, and thanks!

I WILL get through this Tough time I WILL do GREAT! Thank you God for giving me greatness through You!

I am grateful for my progress so far.
I will not take my progress for granted.
I will continue, with God's power, to continue to loose.

In June when i truly made a commitment to lose weight, I stopped binge eating and for the most part stuck with my Spark food plan and exercise goals. This is the first time in more than a decade that I truly committed to both right food and exercise at the same time.

Unfortunately, I recently have had an ankle problem halting my exercise progress and this has started a depressed spiral to want to binge again and not try anymore, I did eat bad this past week for a few days and that coupled with less to no exercise has saddened me.

I do recognize, that, in order to reach my goals and to be healthy I have to work on both my physical weight and my head so I stay in right thinking, hence I am writing for my own self in order that I put both my good and bad progress out in the open in order to be my best true self. It has been hard to get back and to want to get back on track as I am getting help with my ankle, but I will succeed.

Life is starting to happen again, down 7 pounds this month...a small victory as I have a ways to go however I am cautiously optimistic...cheers!

I am doing GREAT with my numbers today but I am still hungry. I am very much in vacation mode still and my belly wants to eat all hours, while I am trying to get back into my routine.....challenging, so hard, I feel I need to go to bed so not to think of food.
I will succeed...write it, pray about it, keep on track...I will succeed!

    You can do it! Stay strong! Eat lots of filling fruits and veggies, drink tea, and drink water! Don't deprive your belly of food :) but you don't have to consume a large amount of calories in order to do so! emoticon
