After reading the comments from my previous blog by my *AWESOME* SP friends, I have come to the conclusion that I will more than likely have to start my workouts in the morning. I am soo not a morning exercising person but I guess that's going to have to change. So, here is the plan...
Days that I don't work I will go for a morning jog/go on the treadmill after I put my daughter on the bus.
Days that I do work I will do 30 DS.
I will be starting this tomorrow morning...man oh man....

I just love these two cities. I didn't get to work out today because there was just no time but I'm still proud for working out Friday and Saturday cause I usually would have never done that. I usually always bring my work out clothes and end up never using them when I go on vacation. So, I made sure this time I did! I noticed while I was walking around and being a little tourist that I had to pull up my pants every 5 seconds because they were falling down. I didn't even have to unzip them to pee... just pull them down. lol. So, Im really trying to lose some more pounds so I can go down to the next size jeans. lol. Well, here are the pics I promised... Yesterday was 8 weeks for me on SP. I'm still loving it! Weigh in was yesterday too. I gained a pound back which I'm not upset over at all. I really wasn't expecting any weight loss because I was sick and not working out as much as I usually do. Some days I was having horrible chocolate cravings and of course I caved into them all. I have a feeling that TOM is on its way. That's usually what my cravings are from. lol. I am FINALLY over my sickness so now it's time to up my fitness and get back on track with everything!
I am in Annapolis for the weekend!! DC traffic is absolutely horrible. lol. When me and my cousin Michael got to the hotel I actually went to the gym to workout. I did a 20 min run because we were expecting other cousins soon so I wanted to work at least something in. Then after that my cousin wanted to get in the hotel pool so we swam for a little bit. I noticed my bathing suit from this summer is a little looser from when I first wore it. When my other cousin, Monika, and her bf got here we drove into downtown Annapolis and met my cousin, Nate, on the Naval Academy and all did some catching up. Then we ate dinner ate this great place, Bobby's Crabs and Ribs I do believe is what it was called. I ate sooooo much food!! Crab dip, chicken and crab meat kiev... its got chicken, crab meat, pasta w/ white sauce. soooo much yummyness! I was completely stuffed! Then my gf from the Air Force who is stationed near Baltimore met up with us and we went to a bar and had a drink and caught up with each other. Then she took me back to the hotel and I called it a night. This morning I set my alarm for 9 am to go for another quick morning workout and because we didn't want to miss the free breakfast the hotel was having lol. I got my plate of breakfast that I was going to eat after my run, headed back upstairs to change, then off to do my 25 min run. I was so proud of myself that I actually did it! Tomorrow I hope to go for another run but we are going to church in the morning and were going out tonight so we'll see. lol. I kind of want to wear my hrm for fun today while were in DC to see how many calories I burn just from walking all day in DC. well see what I do :]
30 DS - As of yesterday I met my half way mark for the 30 Day Shred! Only 15 more days to go! Hopefully these last 15 days give me as great as results as the first 15 did! Gotta get back on track and do it everyday because I noticed that is when my results really happened.
