Today was Day 14!!! I got pretty winded during it but I'm still sick I also notice that usually when I'm do the Shred DVD that I yawn a lot. Does this happen to anyone when they workout? I've heard that when you yawn it's because your brain is not getting enough oxygen. I never really looked more into it so I was wondering if anyone else had every heard of that before. But anyway... this sickness is really taking away my energy. I am ALWAYS so tired. So, I'm wondering if I have mono or strep again... uggghhh... they should just take out my tonsils. lol. But I feel like as long as I do a little bit of working out it'll be good for me. So, I'm not going to be too disappointed if the scale doesn't move or actually goes up this week.
I have been thinking about changing my weigh in day because some Fridays I work so I'll forget to weigh in. I'm always off on Mondays and Wednesdays because of school so I've been thinking about Wednesdays. So, I might just change that this week since I've had a bad week. lol.
Eating wise though I have been doing pretty good. I've been drinking tons of water!!! I've been couting my calories and not eating so much fattening food. I need to go out and buy some more fruit. It sucks now that the fruits are starting to get out of season. I don't know what I'm going to do!!! I'm not much of a raw veggie girl. Carrots is about as good as it gets. I mean I'll eat other veggies if they're within a dish or something but to eat them plain like I eat fruit... not so good there. lol.
I am so ready for this weekend because I will be going out of town and having a good time in Annapolis, MD its so pretty there. I love it. I'll have to post pics when I get back. My plan in to actually work out while I'm there because they do have a gym and pool. So, I gotta remember to bring the HRM with! I'm going to try my best to eat good. lol. but everytime I visit all we do is go eat (seafood...yummmmmm) and drink alcohol. lol. We will see.... we will see. Maybe we'll keep busy.

I have been on SP for seven weeks now. I'm still loving it and love all my SP friends to death! They are all so encouraging and supportive. I don't know what I'd do without my SP friends
Weigh in was today and i lost 0.8. I'm glad it didn't go up. I'm still really excited about my measurements. It's still pretty shocking to me that I lost that many inches.
I have been slacking on my workouts and eating habits I had a feeling this would happen as soon as I started school. What I've been trying to do is do cardio one day and 30DS the next. It's been going pretty good. But there's some days where I am just completely exhausted and don't do any. Two more days of 30DS and I'll be at the halfway mark I actually have been staying under my calorie range BUT all the food I'm eating is high in fat... not good! This always happens when I've reached my 5 lb mark. I'm trying my best to push myself and pysch myself out so I can keep going and lose more pounds and inches!

I took my measurements today and I'm absolutely overjoyed with the results!!! I have lost 2" off my waist, 1.5" off my hips, 1.3" off my thighs, 0.5" off my upper arms, and 1" off my blashie! Sometimes I'm iffy about the measurements because I'm not sure if I'm actually measuring at the same spot I did last time. I remeasured every body party like a million times. LoL! I've been noticing that when I put on my jeans they slide right on and have that perfect fit. No little stomach fat hanging out the front and my blashie doesn't stick out over my jeans either. I'll look in the mirror and have an outfit on that used to have all those little parts sticking out when I first wore it and then at the end of the day it would be stretched out enough so everything would be good. But now, I'll be in that same outfit and nothing is sticking out and everything fits just the way it should. It's so exciting :]
On another note: I'm still sick...just a sore throat and mucous that doesn't want to come out. The over the counter meds seem to be working a little better. I really want this sickness to be done and over with! Thanks for all the get well wishes! Tomorrow is weigh in. Hopefully the result is as good as the measurements. I have been sick since Friday! It won't go away! My immune system sucks. lol. I've been taking medicine and its not helping what so ever. My voice likes to come and go as it pleases. lol. Yesterday at work my coworkers would hear me talk and they'd be like, "What the heck happened to your voice?!!?" lol. It's gotten a little better today. I sooo do not want to take a trip to the doctor. More than likely they're just gonna ask what's wrong and give me some scripts. So, I'm really hoping these home meds start kicking in real soon. I do have to admit that this sickness has made me less motivated to work out. I made myself get on the treadmill today cause I am not wanting that ticker to go up this Friday!!!! I want that 5 to stay in there. lol. Wish me luck on keeping up with my fitness and making this sickness go away!!
So, I have been on SP for 6 weeks now and I'm down 5.8 pounds :] I'm pretty excited. Tasha just told me the other day that you could tell that I was losing weight so that got me pretty excited! By the way, to her on getting to her 15 lb mark! I take my measurements tomorrow so hopefully those numbers make me just as excited as the weight number! I am still absolutely loving Spark and the people that I have met on here. They are all just so amazing and are all doing such a great job!
Today was Day 11 on my Shred. It's going great. I love Jillian Michaels. I think I'm gonna look into other workout vidoes she does. Anybody doing any others by her? I've been switching back and forth from Level 1 to Level 2. Haven't gotten the courage yet to up it to Level 3 just yet. That might be in a couple of days though. We'll see how I'm feeling... I barely have a voice and I'm so congested. It's not fun trying to breathe during the workouts. lol.
I am absolutely in love with my HRM! I'm so glad I made the purchase. Tasha was right... its very addicting to have one now. I'm going to try to start doing the calorie deficit thing not that I know how many calories I'm actually burning. I think I understand where all the numbers come from. lol.
My *goal* for this month is to starting running after I put my daughter on the bus and not go back to bed. I just like sleep too much. lol
