"If you miss a turn, what does your GPS say? Does it tell you to give up on getting there or that you're lazy? Does it beat you up over it? NO. It tells you to turn around as soon as possible. And losing weight and following a weight loss plan are the same-- if you veer off track, don't keep going that way, don't beat yourself up over it, etc. Just get back on track."
It's time to get back on track for GOOD!! I can only blame myself for getting off track and staying off track. I need to stop being so wishy washy with my workouts and eating. I need to stay consistent. Consistency is key and that will show results. I need to be patient. Just because I don't see results after a week doesn't mean I need to give up and beat myself up over it. Weight loss doesn't happen over night. It takes time and I need to friggin realize that. I need to remember why I want to lose this weight and get toned and live a healthy lifestyle. So here's to starting over again. I WILL DO THIS!!
1. STOP MAKING EXCUSES!!
2. Start C25k
3. Rotate 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, and 6 week 6 pack throughout the week.
4. WATER!! WATER!! WATER!!
5. Only eat out 1-2x a week
6. Look up a new recipe every week
7. Eat in moderation and track food
8. Lose 1/2 - 1 lb weekly
9. DO NOT BEAT MYSELF UP IF I DONT SEE RESULTS RIGHT AWAY!! JUST KEEP GOING!!
