Week 7 at SP...
**I don't want to start with weight loss since there are more important things in life right?, but what the heck I am too excited. My goal for this week was to lose 2 lbs and I achieved it!!
**I also planned to increase the intensity of my workouts by adding 2 sessions of interval training. I succeeded in adding only one. However, I did complete both sessions of strength training. Lastly, I hoped to go for a 6-7 mile walk yesterday (Saturday) but didn't make it.
**Last but certainly not least, I continue to greatly enjoy my interactions on SP. Special nod to my team mates (the Kissables) on the PMS team.
**My goals for this week:- (1) At least once, leave the car at home and take the bus; (2) 10,000 steps at least 5 days. (3) Stay within calorie range daily.
