Had a crazy weekend! Last day of the faire I work at so I have my weekends back now!! WHOO! :)

Need to chill out and relax a little. DEFINITELY need to unwind!!

Had a very good day except that I did not eat enough ... I eat 4 meals and I fell asleep early last without eating again... oops! Then I was rushing this morning and didn't weigh myself. I'm so close to 20 lbs I can taste it and was hoping I would be this morning... :P

So... now I'm in limbo til tomorrow LOL!

You know, I "cheat" sometimes by having SF low carb ice cream... and I absolutely love th fact that I can do that and STILL!!! lose weight :) It makes it a lot easier to stick to my eating plan!

Did well today... pork chops and cucumber for lunch and my DBinL had cheese burgers for dinner ready :)

I forgot my lunch, but I had an Atkins shake for bfast and went and got some lunch meat (0 carbs) and almonds for lunch/snack :) Doing well thus far!

Lost another .6 lbs!! :D

Ate a good dinner (cucumber and pork chops) and had a bit of SF low carb ice cream b4 bed :)

Whoot!! 7 week over!! :)

I ate very well today... 1 package of roast beef lunch meat and part of a smoked turkey leg :) I suspect I didn't get nearly enough calories but I didn't have dinner yet and I'll have some veg with butter on it... I did eat a good portion of the skin off the leg. Only 2 days at faire to go!! :)

I have had HORRIBLE cramps the past two nights and all day today. I broke down and bought some "neave and muscle health" vit/min at the drug store, potassium fluconate with magnesium in it. I hope it helps (a lot) cause these cramps are really painful.
