I survived my 4th to last day at faire!! They have very limited low carb options... so I got taco's (2x) and scrapped out the shell and made salad with them :) I just threw the tortilla's away. One was beef (my preference) and the other was chicken as they were out of beef. Since faire days are my hardest to be good during it's awesome that I am down 1 of 4 with no cheats :) I went to the store tonight and found the SF syrup and got it in hazelnut. I'm hoping to be able to make OMM soon :) I also got ground(?) flaxseed ... it's like a powder consistency :)

WHOOOTTTT!!!! I had gained weight back and got up to 271... I'm back down to 259 now :D I'm under the 260 mark!!!! yay! :D

Day went well! I had my left over chinese for breakfast... so lunch was an Atkins shake and some sausage... :) Dinner was not as good... but not horrid! 4 carbs worth of crackers and some PB... about 2 TB so 12 carbs total. I am still at work (at nearly 2am!) but finally have time to blog and I have tomorrow off, so yay! :)

Rushed out of the house this a.m. but have food at work for breakfast and lunch!

Have a big meeting today.

I am having my Chinese leftovers for dinner OR will eat at my sisters and cook salmon again like I did Monday :) Depends on when my sister gets home! If I'M REALLY lucky my D-B-in-L will have cooked and I'll have a nice roast or something instead ;) He gets the whole low carb thing as my sister does it as well, especially since she has gestational diabetes, so we get lots of meat and veg.

My BIL rocks :) He had a pizza for the kids, but he also had home made soup ready for me tonight!! Chicken, portabellos, carrots, celery :) YUMMM

Got to work and got busy immediately... almost noon and no breakfast. MUST STOP THE CYCLE of no breakfast... Okay, tomorrow for sure! :) I will eat a smaller meal now and maybe an actual "lunch" meal around 2ish... I know dinner won't be til 6:30 as I'm going out. I am doing Chinese and I am going to google the menu so I'll have a dish prepared to order :) NO RICE! NO EGG ROLL!

Great day... had a good (if late) bfast and lunch and then a wonderful LOW carb dinner out with friends :) A nice broth with scallops, lobster and shrimp soup and Chicken and Veggies. My bff and I had the same thing (she's low carb as well) and sat next to each other so we "helped" each other be good :) It was funny, one of the group said we should do a cook book (we all cook) and I said we'd have to do one of them flip ones... open from one cover and get low carbs and flip the book to get the low fat ;)

    Good idea about checking the menu ahead! Nothing worse than getting there and caving to temptations you didn't even know were there!

It was too late to post in the MONDAY topic this morning, but I meant to reply to you about the Renaissance Festival. We go to the Pittsburgh one every year. My boys are 14 and 15 and really look forward to taking their friends there now.

Keep posting in the team forums. I know that it really seems to help me keep motivated!
