Okay, I'm Back Again to dieting... or properly eating I should say. I am once again doing my low carb. I have to get my sugar and lipids under control and LOSE WEIGHT.

I feel like blah :P cause I'm sick but I have to do this so no delaying it.

I ate my diet today!! WHOO! The only bad thing is I had no breakfast. I need to stop and get some b4 work tomorrow... either a meal or something to have at work. If I get up early enough I might run by WM and get some shakes or breakfast bars or both. I was super hungry this a.m. and I can't let that happen again.

Those are great ideas JGB!! Thanks :) I defintely could take those to work and they'll last all week! :) I have some chicken lunch meat and sausage there right now which I know is processed and thus 2nd choice but I'm not in a condition to really cook at the moment so, as your name says, I'm getting by ;)
