Well my friends I am back and on sparkpeople! From the last time i was on here Iv been able to keep off pounds which is great and makes me happy. The reason(s) why I am back is because i once again want and very much need to lose weight. For those of you who know me from my first stay here know I have a very bad back that limits what I can do day to day and in the last 6 months Iv had up and downs with it and doctors I have found out now there is nothing the medical world can do for me so everything now lays with me, so I am now taking pain management classes, taken nutrition classes and I just started juicing!!!
I have started back on my diet on July 8 2013 so a week ago and so far so good! This first week has truly been great I have to be one of the biggest diet pop drinker around and yes i know how bad it is for me and thats one of the things iv been working on and iam happy to say this week i went from drinking 6-8 cans a day! to only drinking 2 so iv cut wayyy back and that in itself for me it a mile stone and soo proud of myself i havent even done threw withdraws which is nice. Iv been infusing water with fruit and its what has been helping me get off my diet pop. plus its so fun you get to try new flavors everyday :)
This week i also started juicing! My step mum has been telling me for over a year to get on the juicing and finally i listened to her lol but i did get to see with my own eyes what juicing has done for her. So its been a few days now that i have been juicing and so far iam really enjoying it. i am only doing simple stuff right now i dont want to scare myself off it. The first few days i was alittle bit scared to juice just because i did not know it would work in to my daily calorie count but i did a web search and came across an amazing website juicerecipes.com/build/ it gives you the calorie count of your juice!! sooo wonderful and so happy i found it. My juices are simple 1 cup so far just carrot, apple and celery so yummy.
So i am going to try and keep up with the blog and put in my juicing and maybe if whoever is reading this lol if you want my juicing recipes that i make i can put them up as well.
