Oh No I Did Not

I have been so bad for the last 2 weeks! Birthdays and hubby No Bake Cookies have done me in. You would think I would learn how to avoid taking the first bite, but no not me. New day, new week and new goals, yep I can do this..I expect oops to happen but I let this oops linger too long! Oh and since I buy groceries, hubby does not have all the ingredients to make his no bake cookies =)

My gain for today!

Well, I lost another pound, so at least I am in reverse. I would like to lose at least 2 lbs. a week, but 1 is good! I feel like a million bucks tho and my main goal was to feel better and be healthier! So I am accomplishing very much. I have hypothyroidism and stage 3 liver disease. I went from not being able to get off the couch to having more than enough energy to carry me through the day. Now that is a gain I can live with!
