Still sitting here waiting for my knee to heal. I do get up and wander around a bit, and do some stretching.
This sure makes my "thankful streak" easier.You realize how much you had before the injury.
We sure take things for granted.

This is week 2 of 5km walk/run challenge. I walk a lot now so am finding it very easy. Playing by the rules and gradually working up as suggested.
Bought a new pair of Merrill barefoot running shoes. My other pair were worn right through the insoles.
Today I am walking over the bridges with my hubby.
Yesterday I bought a stopwatch. The 5m walk/jog program will be be easier to do.
I am so pumped about this program, that I can hardly wait to start week 2 tomorrow.
Today I will walk the 2 bridges. Perfect day for this.
