I'm wondering should I weigh every Tues or every other Tues? Last time, I brought a scale and I was so obsessive about weighing on the scale. I weighed everyday!!!This time, I know am not suppose to be so obsessed with the scale. I will only weigh once a week or every other Tues. I haven't made up my mind yet. I've learned some things and put them into practice such as drinking 1 glass of 8 oz every hour, putting mustard on my sandwich instead of mayo, drinking 100% juices and putting whip cream on my fruit to avoid eating sweets, and buying 1% or fat free milk. Its been an journey just in these 7 days. I've messed up but I've learn to forgive myself and start the next day as a new day.
