Since, the last time I've been on here I was 313 and am now 300.8. I started struggling with my weight lost due to my pcos but am determined to continue on. Since 2012, I've had a baby with weight gain from 307 to 320. I dropped down t0 307 after I had the baby and decided to start all over again a week ago now am 300.8 . The most challenging part of this for me is that I work 11:15pm-7:15am and I got a brand new baby. It seems like I have no time to workout. Any suggestions?
