I saw an ad for a metabolic research something or another for losing weight, I was thinking I should try that!! Then read where they gave you a personal meal plan for the week and an exercise program and typically you only lose 1 to 2 pounds a week!!
I didn't look to see how much it costs or anything..it said it would have a personal plan for me to lose weight...scientifically!!! I like science and all but Sparkpeople has all that stuff and it is free, I mean I have to utilize everything and do my part to find the answer to unlock my weight loss potential!!
I saw it and it made me realize that!!! I have all of that stuff here in front of me all the time from my home and don't have to go to a center!! So I am thinking starting next week I will start a menu plan and find a exercise program thing I can follow and weigh in every week and see what happens!!
