Well, I know that these goals this month seem to be tougher for me to figure out. I have kinda gotten down on myself...my voice in my head isn't nice to me lately. I doubt myself a lot of the time...my husband hates that..I have a low self esteem I am working on it...if I am not nice to myself why do I expect others to be. I am trying. I wasn't gonna put this in here but it made me feel good this week...I bought smaller underwear...LOL.
1) talk nice to and about myself..more self confidence
2) drink 8 glasses of water
3) exercise at least 30 minutes a day!!
4) track my food
5) remember I AM WORTH IT everyday.
