Well, It is September...it is a busy month for birthdays...my youngest son will be 4 on the 3rd and my oldest son will be 11 on the 9th and our close friends son's birthday is the 5th...looking like a lot of cake for me. I am determined to kick this into high gear and work hard....my youngest son told me today.."you have a really big shirt on," and I said "that is because I am bigger," and he said "Yeah because you have a big tummy," yeah that is true and now it is echoing in my head.
1: exercise 6 days a week at least 30 minutes a day.
2: track my food and exercise.
3. Eat healthy meals at least 5 days a week..
4. Find new healthy recipes
5. drink at least 64 oz of water a day.
6. journal everyday.
I want to be below 200 by my birthday which is 12/4...my weight has gone up a bit lately so I really have to work hard from here on out!!
