Today was my second weigh in for the Biggest Loser Etsy Style challenge ... and I've lost 1.5 pounds from my starting weight last week. I was actually pretty surprised - my calories this weekend were through the roof. On Saturday, thanks to going to Cracker Barrel for breakfast, and then out for dinner and drinks with a few friends I rarely get to see ... I went over DOUBLE. Still, I worked my arse off on the workouts and it must have balanced out. Plus, my calories must have been worse when I wasn't paying attention to them. I adore the nutrition tracker on SP. It is so very helpful. How is everyone else doing?
