This morning after doing my 95 minutes of water aerobics, I had time to shower, dress and attend a new yoga class. I've done "Pilates and Stretch" but have always wanted to try yoga. I loved it! It was a great way to stretch out after my morning workout. I was surprised at how well I was able to keep up with the class. I loved the way the teacher said, "No pain and breathing are the focus of this class. If at any time a move hurts, stop and just concentrate on your breathing." After the class I felt so relaxed! Wow! I think I'll do yoga again!
