So far this week, I've done 2 workouts in the water. Tomorrow, I intend to do another one. Tomorrow we have a substitute teacher and I understand he's a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to it! I've been alternating between water gloves and water weights this week and it seems to be helping my muscle soreness. I also cut down on the number of exercises I did with my arms above my head. This has helped with the pain in my shoulder and neck. (I still have pain but it isn't as bad when I'm more careful.) I will continue to do this until I see the neurosurgeon. I'm still waiting to hear about an appointment. I'd like to get it treated and move on with things! Patience is a virtue and all that!
I'm feeling pretty good about what I've been doing. My arms are looking more toned - I expect I'll be able to see more tone as the time goes on. I've only been consistently doing the water aerobics class for 5 weeks now. I'm enjoying it!
