Today I did 80 minutes of water aerobics with water weights and 60 minutes of aqua jogging. After that, I did 5 weight machines. On the way home from the gym, I walked up and down every isle in the grocery store for 30 minutes and finished up with a 10 minute little walk when I got home. I don't know where I'm getting all of this energy!
I'm feeling pretty good sitting here as I write this at 9:30 at night. I hope I can move tomorrow morning. It would be a drag to be stiff when I get to the gym!
I hope I'm tired enough to get a good 8 hours of sleep tonight.
