This has been an interesting week for me. It looks like my weight is finally dropping a few pounds and suddenly I'm feeling much more confident about me.
I've been doing 60+ minutes a day of cardio instead of the 30-45 minutes I was previously doing. I have more stamina too. I've also become a walking/talking advertisement for Spark People. I've convinced at least 6 people to try it this week. (Hopefully I wasn't too obnoxious in my enthusiasm)
Some of my new habits are becoming more comfortable and ingrained in my life. I'm noticing that since eating more healthfully and doing regular exercise, I feel better.
Look out week 2, here I come.
