It's been a challenging few weeks. I've had to hold off on exercising due to a problem with the muscles in one of my feet. I haven't had internet access for almost two weeks so was not tracking my food. I feel like I've gained some weight back. Not a lot, but maybe a few pounds. All in all, I still feel okay, just need to get back in the habit of tracking my food and working out consistently. SO easy to say...sometimes so hard to do.

Okay, it should really say "this past two weeks progress" because I did not get to post a blog last week...I had my 8 month old grandson for a week and let me tell you, I did not get much done with him around! LOL!!
Still having a bit of trouble with the plantar fasciitis in my right foot. I'm wearing an arch support for it. That helps. I've had to back off jogging entirely and go back to the elliptical. The jogging (on or off the treadmill) was just putting too much stress on my foot and causing me a lot of pain.
Weight wise I am at 210# now. I am only 10# away from my next mini-goal which is to be below 200# by July 4th. I'm feeling pretty good about that.
Long term, I have changed my goal weight from 145# to 155#. 155# is really a much more realistic weight for me as for my height (5'6") and bone structure (medium). Once I get to 155# I will make a decision about losing anymore.
