I think that boils it down
Something is WRONG!
I am focusing on my FOOD aka Diet....and I am at a lost!
I had 3 rest day...well, today had an outting (walk and carrying 30 lbs tot)
AND USUALLY, after 3 rest days, I should be FINE!!!!
I am not
I have a headache.....
I get REALLY REALY hungry at 3-4 pm (I mean RAVENOUS)
GOOD news, is I am not feeding myself JUNK!
I am frustrated b.c I am EATING HEALTHY and feeling so NOT HEALTHY
I am within my range all the time!
I do great on my ranges (cals, protien, fat and carbs!)
So what am I doing wrong?
I exercise burning 500-700 cals a day (4-5xs a wk)
And Spark says I should be at 1500-800!
and I am at the high end most days!
OK.... I know I am not DRINKING enough...
I think being sick, and running ....I need to drink MORE than 8 glasses.
b/c feel so dehydrated............so will look into that more.
I know RUNNING makes you hungry.
but I get a wierd hunger pang.
it's not I want to eat ANYTHING!
i am craving PROTEIN!!
a yogurt, PB, or MEAT actually satisfies.
HELP...........what should I do to educate myself?
I am terrible with diet plans, I can't follow daily plans.
But I find mindful eating helps (like tracking sodium and stuff, I can do)
is there a resource I can look into!
ps: not pregnant lol chked
ADDED: marathon training, but only in beginning, not running more than usually YET! but eating cleaner by 80% than bef
I rechked my tracker
I was OFF by 100-500 cals per day....depending on how hard I exercise
I have googled RUNNING and nutrition (aha moments, will try as suggested)
and i ate a Fage yogurt (greek yogurt with honey)
the headache is gone, and feeling much better
that tops me off at 2000 cals
I think today's outting burnt more cals than I tracked ;p

Just came back from this really awesome farm!
Met friends and their kids!
It was fun...It was HILLY..... what part of Pittsburgh ISN'T
had to carry tot ;p
THEN and NOW:
I remember blogging this exact event last year!
I was freaking out.....and blogged TREAT not CHEAT DAY
I was afraid of being surround by food and etc.
Food was LAST thing on my mind!
In fact it's not even on the list!
Pies, and funnel cakes and kettle corn
the smell of Fair!
NADA... not even curious!
usually the sign FUNNEL CAKE gets me all happy!
we had a healthy sandwich (create your own, and an apple ;p)
the kids had a blast!!!!!
This is the 3rd fair like event and I didn't even care for the food!
I have to THANK my sis in ASIA for this!
she is a COMPLETE and UTTER FOODIE!!!
what is that, obsessed with food, blog and takes pics
and see posts it on FB 100x a day!
she is skinny as a stick, and one yoga class she is back to size XS.
BUT the daily torture of looking at BEAUTIFUL, EXOTIC, FOOD MAGANIZE type pics......I think I can look at food and not be hungry!
I yell at her for showing me stuff i can only get there (all over the world)
I have been getting them A LOT
I think it's FOOD related!
either not eating enough, or not balanced
DEHYDRATION causes Headaches!!
also have sinus!
I have also been Craving PROTIEN!
Although I have not up the mileages or fitness minutes
I have been increasing the Intensity of my workout. burning more cals!
will tweak that this week...and see if there is a change ';p

i actually put this blog yesterday and took it down....it didn't come out how I wanted....until I talked to hubby today!
So yesterday i posted these two pics that I took down.
i didn't want to sound like I was obsessed about wanting to go back to my 157 days.
This isn't about that!
I am just confused as how MY body works and in relationship to the SCALE!
or more accurately MUSCLE vs FAT
Here is my CONFUSION
OK why is there ZERO lbs difference in this pic???????????
AND there is
13 LBS difference here!!!!???????????
OK i understand that OBVIOUSLY you can see that I AM smaller on the left!
BUT only by inches! 7.5 to be exact
and if you are wondering, 22.5 inches difference in 170 pics!!!!
And you all have seen the 5 lbs of muscle vs 5 lbs of fat pics....it does make sense, now!!
ANSWER to why the ZERO lb Difference vs 13?
I think it's that I am more muscle now, and as they get leaner my weight will eventually go down.
And yesterday I saw FIT-WHIT's blog on how progress is SLOW in maintenance but WOW how ripped she is now! not much change in weight!
(which will no doubt be a popular blog ;p)
I aslo started reading a lot on Runner world's mag!
What I am going through is very common and I did the big mistake of not eating right ;p
so I have been rectifying that this year.
And i think my 157 was unsustainable,..... here is why!

HUBBY: Honey its not about the scale...muscle weighs more than fat blah blah blah........ANYWAYS......I have to tell you, you look sooo much better than in May!!!
ME: ARE you kidding me, I have PROOF I am smaller, blah blah blah!
[I was wearing that HOT BOOT and SKIRT today and new do]
ME: Yes! I am smaller, blah blah blah
HUBBY: I don't know, you look better today! I think it's a body image thing....
1. you are than May
2. You were always (Exhausted) in May (p90x AND running)
3. you have a better body image of yourself
4. you are more Confident too
5. you are more ACTIVE, you want to do more stuff!!!
That is soooooo true!!! love my guy!
But I do feel I love me HERE more than in May!
and the reason I made the comparision in the beginning was i thought I was smaller than MAY!
Everyday I think i am smaller and leaner and it's the first time!
but this time I appreciate it!
she mentioned MAINTAINABLE weight
Love it, I think at 157 I was grumpy, tired, hungry and probably dehydrated too

so can we get at WOOT WOOT for the scale!!!!
Because it's so DARN and knows EXACTLY what it's talking about!!!
AND no my SCALE is not broken!!!
it just died, needs battery
but I Don't feel like reviving it!
