compromised with Fit Me! Man, that B@#$& is CRAZY

hi spark

you all know I ran 6 mile in 1:12:18 yesterday
p90xed and ab ripper x

1200 Cal. baby...

so u know who took over yesterday : Fit Me!

so PRESENT ME, who is looking for BALANCE, will be happy with. 3 miler today.

on my drive to the park FIT ME took over.

"come on, a full loop 5 miler .... no yesterday wasn't that bad 6 miler!.... heck try 10 miler..I don't care if u have to walk that! come on!"

I was feeling awesome so I was like sure! I am not sore.....

oops forgot my Garmin, FIT ME's mind control device....

whatever put my music on and took off....

argh...not feeling it......

but that B$#@$ kept hounding me.

so I quickly hung a left.......totally butt kicking uphill 1 miler.

For HER I ran in full.....

then.....

walked....

I swear I could hear the B@#$% slap her forehead!

"what the heck?" she said, " come on don't whimp out on me! you can do this! RUN, APIRL, RUN"

YEAH, No thank you!

I know you mean well,
I know you are making up for lost times...

BUT YOU ARE KILLING ME HERE!
SHEEZ woman take a chill pill!

how about this....I give you your 6 mile, ok
but we'll interval train ok?

you can run 8-9 min/ mile...I know u have been dying to do that again.
and when I get tried I walk.

OK?

ok.....deal!

so She ran 8-10min/mile burst!

I think we burned the same 800 Cal's. 1:25 for our 6 miked today.

ok SHE maybe a B@#$% but without her today I would have WALKED IT ALL!

I will keep drawing power, determination, and will from FIT ME!

BUT I will not let HER rule me....

one day. FIT ME and I will be walking hand in hand.....

I promise...we will be on the same page!

I have my alter egos too....LOL...My lazy one is Phoenix.....my super girl one is Xena....Xena has been kicking bootay and talks to Phoenix on a regular to keep her pumped and ready to go!!!!     It is a amazing how much mind control a garmin can have, and a "usual route." I went out to my 10 mile route a couple weeks ago intending to do 6 and just couldn't do it. Had to do 10. The garmin egged my on because it was saying things like, "just one more mile; you can totally do 1 more mile." Before I knew it, I was at my 10-mile half way point. No turning back. 5 miles out, 5 miles in. So, to get done faster I added pick ups! Crazy!

6 miler, p90xing and tired

set out for 5 miles today did 6 at north park...

will post a running blog later this week... plan to run til saturday!

my race is in 18 days! argh!

p90x, i thought i was going to skip it today! BUT I could do it!

I am going to keep tweaking my weekly routine til it's liveable!

Right now i need to just start the system!

I am afraid if I emoticon NOW!!!!1

I won't pick it up!

I am still MAKING TONS of execuses

The WATCH ME SHRINK pic challenge is what keeps me going right now!
and my 10k!

I really really want to be able to wear that size 6 out, bef it gets cold!!!

i have stretchy workout pant...but you all know how DANGEROUS that is!!!

SOOOO PROUD of my EATING TODAY

I allow myself 500 cals per meal!

After my run... I made

Veggie, tofu, and CUT up a small piece of sausage for the SALT and FLAVOR!
on rice!

I also no longer use my LARGE dinner plate, so this MEAL OVERFLOWED the small plate!

it was 540 with all the right distribution of nutrition!

SCORE!!

So dinner.....I modified my SPAGHETTI!
it was watered down!!! DD ate it...not happy... she loves SALT!
she did great with all the other meals i made this week

but her FAVORITE dish, she is not happy!
I reduced the SALT but not using so much tomato PASTE! it was PINK sauce!

HUBBY however, loved it all the same!
He is liking this LOW sodium diet!!!


BUT in future note... maybe i will look up a recipe instead of experimenting TOO MUCH!

my spaghetti was watery LOL!

anyways

so tired...1200 cals toasted today... SP says 1800, i don't think it's right!

I am getting the WARNING ;p
need to re-adjust....

but it's ok... just an odd wk ;p til the race!

    good job on cutting back on the sodium. It is not good for DD either, so to start cutting it out for her now is a good thing. If she is hungry enough she will eat what is on her plate. Grandma did that too us as kids and that is why I eat the veggies I eat now. I did not like any veggies as a kid except for peas. Now I will eat most of them all.

    If you are burning 1200 calories, you will have to eat more than 1200-1500 otherwise you won't get the results you want and you may not make it through a workout.

    Be careful not to consume too little calories with running & P90X.

When I did both last year, I was told the same thing. Up my calories & protein. I took off my last 10 stuck pounds!

Yes, maybe a recipe to start with would be good. Then you can tweak it to your liking rather than just making it all up yourself.

I was just thinking about all my Sp-friend that doesn't need to "shrink" anymore!
they are at their happy weight, or looking to gain muscle def or create your prefection ;p

This maybe for you.

Why should you do this?

WELL only that you be surprised what the camera captures ;p

the GOOD and the BAD! lol as you know!

RUNJEWELRUN is an awesome friend;)

She asked me to stop beating myself up.

Above is my response. I'm just kicking my butt....

But I am more comfortable with myself today than when I was 156, size 2/4/6

I think, I am so much happier today...at 20lbs heavier and size 8/10
Then when I was really fit in spring!

When I look at myself in the spring...there was a DISCONNECT
as to how I feel and how I look.

Who am I?

I was a fat person stuck in a fit body.....

Surpressed only bc fit me had the energy to keep me at bay.


I still had all my bad habit which fit me blew off.


TODAY

Yes I'm bigger or bloated from all the bad choices,

I and looking it as a journey of loving me.

Luckily I have seen a glimpse of what a fitter me looked like.

Never seen her before you see.....

This time I'm going to start the loving me journey now,

And end up with a fit me in a fit body.

If that makes any sense

    I feel you girl. I most certainly agree with that feeling that you may make unhealthy choices, like a LOVE IT size of Rocky Road ice cream with extra brownies, versus eating healthy, working out, sweating it up, toning it up just to see a weight loss of maybe 3 glorious lbs. Sometimes going for that Rocky Road ice cream AND exercising, eating right, and enjoying both sides of the road is best! Maybe not for everyday, but certainly, and most definitely, necessity for getting and reaching that ultimate happiness goal. Rock it girl! I love you and this blog!!

SO I took my DAY 1 pic over the weekend.....
but realized...

I lose my inches in the bottom....so a dress won't do!

    Love the positive note and your patiences. Your up and down sizes are real that's me too. I'm back in my size 8 jeans was wearing a nice 10 a month ago and for months. However months from now it could change hopefully a size 6 and not back to 10.
