2000 calories is not bad at all, especially with as hard as you are working.

2000 calories is fine. Some days are just filled with cupcake, cheetos and birthday cake. I have a feeling that tomorrow won't be. Report Inappropriate Comment |

I know -- I hate my hubby for being able to lose weight so easily. We both started eating better recently and he's lost 10 pounds and I've only lost 2. Aaargh. So unfair! But all we can do is keep doing what we do. You're doing great -- keep up the awesome work!

It is also easier for your body to go from skinny minny to muscle than it is to go from having some weight you want to lose to muscle. You are on the right track. Just continue to stay the course! Report Inappropriate Comment |

men drop weight and gain muscle much faster/easier than women, don't let it get you down. We have more stamina!

Men are naturally more muscular. For women to have a six pack show, they have to get down pretty low in body fat. Not an easy thing to do. You'll definitely regain the lighter status even if you don't develop the 6 pack. Report Inappropriate Comment |

it is biology. Men have a hormone (testosterone I think)that allows for more muscle definition, which with lower body fat (sorry it is genetics)allows one to see six packs on men much easier than women. It is possible for women to have highly defined six packs with either really low body fat and or drugs. Neither are recommended by me. You probably have a six pack it is just hidden deeper inside. Remember Spark is about balance. You have comes so far in your journey. Do not obsess on what is not healthy. Enjoy where your are and be proud of how far you have come. Keep blogging also, you provide so much encouragemnet. Keep Sparking Report Inappropriate Comment |
