Feeling fat after my binge yesterday!
well it's not a binge it's re-fueling! after realizing I have been too low in cals.
So here is a feel good blog! Mr. 160 is stalking me again! GRRR!
I thought I got rid of him for good!
Lol, YUP I got bones!
it's so weird to feel them!
I no longer have fatty knees (BTW knees are supposed to be boney)
I can feel my wrist bones (my watch is swimming on my wrist!)
I can feel my pelvic bone (now I can't SIT too long, ouch hahaha)
I can see my collar bone (first the first time in my life)
I can see my cheekbone (yeah didn't know I had those too)
I can feel them in my shoulders (a really weird feeling, can't describe)
I can feel my rib cage (So I think I like this weight I don't want to see them )
NOW if only I can get WARM!!!! BRRRRR........... losing this fat at winter is not fun!
I used to have warm hands! now they are ice cold!
Heck I am cold!

TIP #1: Your blogging behaviour
When you are looking for blogs to read, WHAT blogs do you read?
DO you read WHO's Blog?
DO you title search?
How many Positive Blogs so you hit? How many Negative?
EVERYONE does the same thing...
So if you are writing a series of Negative blogs and wondered where the support went....
well....... we can only take that much negativity ;p
TIP #2 Got nothing to write (boring, crappy mood, negative)
I did it blog
how far I have come blog etc.
TIP #3 Complete Frustration
Many sparkers maybe on the same boat
TIP #4 Have a disease, injury, weakness
Other sparkers may have it too, or may not know they do
TIP #5 Have a Death/bad situation ;p

this pass few days I was sooo hungry!!!!
I kept my 1500 cals this week!
remember I added SWIMMING And P90x!
I 6000+ cals this week!!!! 600+ mins!!!
I 10,000+ cals this week!!!
CAN we all say STUPID!!!
That is 4000 cals for the last 7 days!!!
OR 500+ cals a day this week!!
AND on top of that, I can't get pass not running a zillion miles a day!
ok 9 miles!!!
It's a sickness, a mental block!!!

I did it!!!
I only ran 3 miles today and I didn't kick myself in the behind!
I am actually soo much prouder of these 3 miles then my 9, 7, 6 miles this week!
I ran with form, was in the zone!!
I am not cured just yet! I had to add 1 more mile of speed work to make it 4 miles!
SERIOUSLY when did running ONLY 5k a FAILURE in my vocab???????
Today the Y had monster float day! FUN at POOL DAY!
so after 2 hrs at the pool with DS and DD! I opted NOT to do p90x today!
plus reading LADYGWEN25 latest blog about ER visit!!
I have to re-visit my schedule! and LISTEN to my body!
I want to be fit and lose weight, but NOT at the COST of my HEALTH!
LOL how ironic is that ;p
so please all of you out there! listen to your body!
Just because someone can bike 15 miles, run 3 miles and swim 2 miles in one exercise regime! (you know who you are, you are still my hero)
doesn't mean I can ;p AND that doesn't make me weaker, or not progressing!!
you are only given one body! take care of it!
