we went out to eat today! everything is sooo salty!
I gave my portion to hubby! I think my stomach shrank
Worried for the next couple of days, plan to eat out daily! easier ;(
while waiting on DELAYED flight, i posted a question on the msg board!
need to read up and revisit my EATING, muscle building, calories!
LOTS to learn
I need to set new goals!
UP MY WATER, apparently it's extremely important!
I am so confused on the calories in vs out stuff!
I am not sure if I am gaining muscle or weight because of my lack of H20!
I feel so bloated and icky ;( is it the sodium?
MIL food? it was realy high in salt too ;(
TOM visited (I don't get them any more due to mirena, but sister messed up all the woman's clocks)
just not confident with myself..... clothes no fitting like they used too.
up-ing my exercise is messing with my calories intake! LOL
I am just so confused!
AND no scale!!! lol THIS is good for me ... I think
