hi spark

i am so sorry, i am just so behind in everything
blogs, spark, garden and life...

lol...2 months away and lots of things to catch up
mountain of paperwork etc
don't even know where to start.

having a clingy DS who is 3 is not helping lol

i only have 2 great friend here in pittsburgh
i finally called them up and found one is leaving for good THURSDAY
that only leaves me TOMORROW ;(

i need to come here, i am happier here.....
but also need to find a balance.....

ok just ckecking in'
thanks for those that keep checking up on me
sorry i can't return the favor just now!

miss you all and will try to catch up soon

hi spark

it's been crazy
and summer is going soooooo fast!

Our Color Me Rad race marks the last day for summer vacation


The last 2 races I ran with my DD, it was her in tow.

I want her to run this one on her own.
She just need a confidence boost. I know she can do the distance

we just ran a little over 1 mile today ;p
well. I ran and she walked/runned it.....and if she ran she is 2x as fast as me ;p

I have to wait for hubby to be home to watch my son

BUT I'm thinking after she knows the course......
I can push my son in stroller....and have her run ahead (in our complex)

wish me luck.....

I will post my trip blog when the kids are in school!

I just got home
got to settle in

but quick note
Bountyful garden ;p


The personal trainer helped me maintain-ish

I am working on a plan....of fitness
right now the kids are still home

over jetlag.....I will get back to spark blogging when I can.
but will get back into spark now!

I just can't be at 2 places at once now with a clingy 3 yrs old

Going to a "second honeymoon" trip to italy with the hubby at end of sept ;p
so need to look awesome! hahahaa

so will be putting butt in gear!

got the color me rad with sparkers coming up soon ;p

realy miss y'all
I don't have any a laptop here and internet access is patchy ;p

China was great
Doing great with food choices as best I can

I was really big when I met family (they said so much)
and my awesome sister signed me up with a personal trainer ;p AWESOME!!!!

I am getting back and learning a lot!!!!!!!

I have to sit down and write about my post marathon blog and what the training did to me extra. good and bad

but just want to check in

hot yoga tomorrow...one thing sp taught me..you never know...try it ;p

gonna be in China...may not have internet access

packed my running gear!

bought size 10 pants and L dresses...

better than 12 but lol from 6 hahahaha
