I admit it I overate this past week. I ate lots of nuts, got candy twice, had salty food, overate on the cheese, etc. Net result a gain of 4.5 lbs. I will not let that deter me, but urge me on to make the changes I need for this week. This week we have to track our food, and I intend to use that as a means to keep me on track, and know what I am eating. And keep me from buying junk to satisfying a craving just because I want to , and making wiser choices.
