So in the same vein as the 100 pushup program, I've started the 200 situp (actually, crunches) program. I'm doing it on alternate days (Tues-Thurs-Sat) from the pushup program (Mon-Wed-Fri). I started yesterday, when 38 was my maximum number of situps. I'd like to be able to do 100 or 150 good-form crunches in a go. Making 200 would be super too, though!
