Well, I just started stage 3 of the Sparkpeople lifestyle diet. It talked about remembering to reward yourself for both big and small accomplishments. And with a "no no" option on the food reward. I am thinking full body message for the almost 3 months of sticking to my exercising and tracking food routine. I really believe it is becoming a habit a actually a lifestyle habit. And for the small accomplishments. I going to talk positive about myself for the rest of the day. In fact I going to start right now: I am a dedicated wife, mother, friend, and now even a dedicated healthy lifestyle person. Cheers to me. This is my reward. Hey that felt good!
