I said I go back and I did! I went this morning and this time swam for 50 minutes. 15 minutes longer than Monday. Less swimmers there today. And only towards the end of my workout did I see real swimmers come in. Wearing proper bathing suits and other swimming gear. They also had notes in plastic baggies. I guess it was their workout schedule or something. They look good. But as another lady said to me..."We are getting a workout too!" So there.
My rear-end & arms are still sore from Monday. I don't even want to think of the soreness I will be experiencing tomorrow!
My pulled muscle well, I jumped and ran onto my driveway yesterday to get Logan off the school bus. I saw stars!!! I drop the"F" bomb, right in front of my friends (luckily the children where in the playroom). All the moms could say was, "She is in pain!" I guess I am not fully healed yet.

I still feel the pain in my calf. And now I am sore all over too. It has to be the swimming on Monday. It certainly can't be my strength routines or the walking. I have done nothing else this week. I was feeling sore within hours after swimming and I am still feeling sore today. Wow, I knew swimming was a total workout but I thought it was gentle! Well, it did not aggravate my calf muscle so I guess that it is gentle. Still I am in pain and I am still sore!
Yoga today! ....And I am STILL going swimming on Thursday!
