Today was our last day to fish for the year. As you all know I bring Missy to my back yard and give her golf cart rides that she loves and I let her fish for as long as she wants. She is such a delight to be around. Today we didn't catch any fish But it didn't matter to her. She just sets there and feels the wind in her face and watches the fish eat her bait. As she was fishing I was putting stuff away for the winter. She would call me over to put more bait on her hook cause she don't know how. I use bread and she had never seen that before only worms...so the first time she saw me put bread on my hook and caught a fish ...her eyes got real big and she said " that is magic" So to her this whole thing fishing in my pond and using bread is all magic. What ever it takes to put that smile on her face..I will keep doing.

Missy is magic,I just love how patient she is waiting to catch a fish.She is such a blessing and you are for being so kind to her Anna,she just loves to sit and wait.I wish I could be as patient as she is,what a dear! Thank you for a sharing Missy with us!

My Dad started our family Oktoberfest in 2003 
Since we had such a large family and he just wanted everyone to stop and smell the roses and to enjoy each other.
So set back and enjoy! 
Here is some crafts that the kids do. They have to decorate a bag to put there candy n from the pinata. 
My little sis is the one who makes the pinata every year.

Believe it or not this is my baby brother...haha 
We also played penny in the jar. Where you had to put a penny between your knees and walk about 10 feet and drop it in a jar and you couldn't use your hands. That was funny to watch 
Plus rides in the yard cart. 
And don't forget fishing! 
God provided us with a wonderful day!

I spent about 5 hrs with Missy today...you can tell we made apple dumplings. She was having a good time. She tries her best at every thing she does...The whole time she was just telling me how her mother does things and how she learned to cook and bake from her. Her mother passed away 5 yrs ago but it seem like her mother is always there with her. I was right there beside her to give her a hand when she needed it. GOD bless her for trying so hard. While the dumpling were baking we did word puzzles ...to pass the time. We can all learn from her.....be in no hurry and enjoy life for what it is. REGARDLESS! The dumplings were great, made with LOVE!

Here we are my family...well my one son is missing for now. A very cold Sunday morning around 43 degrees. And a 
little foggy. I had my camera in one hand and the other in my pocket...brrrr. 
Once the sun broke 
through it was beautiful. 
. 
Me and my sons. My gift from GOD..He was watching over us today...even though we had a beautiful ride. Once we got parked and was taking our coats and Helmet off ..One of the riders( my brothers sis- n-law) fell to the grown and was having a seizure . She had never had one before. We called 911...half of the riders went with her..because it was either their mother or wife. Here she had a stroke....We rode about 75 miles and she was behind her DH. Thank GOD she didn't have this seizure while we were on the road. Over all we had a good ride!
