I am on the way to my goal

I have reset my end date for my goal of losing 30 lbs. I have lost 21 lbs, but haven't done so well in the last tow week. Instead of giving up, i have extended my date to reach my goal to May 31st. This should give me enough time.

I exercised 90 minutes and walked 20 minutes today. I kept my calories, fat, protein and carbs on the low end of the range. Tomorrow I weigh in again and I am hoping to be close to my previous low: 147.8. Even if I'm not, I know I have been back on track for three days and will work to keep my streak going. I won't make my goal of 140 by April 30th, as planned, however I can make it by May 30th if I stay with the program. emoticon

Evening is my biggest challenge

emoticon I am having a hard time not eating too many calories in the evening.
emoticon Just because there is not one to see me eat doesn't mean the calories don't add up.

    Same here, I can be great all day, but after dinner, I crave more. A glass of wine, popcorn, ice cream...but never a bowl of salad greens LOL.

Blew it yesterday but back on track today

emoticon I ate a few too many calories. it is hard to stay with my plan when I am traveling as I was yesterday. I only went over by about 100 calories. I won't beat myself up about it, instead I will do much better today. emoticon

Finally got below 150 lbs.

I finally broke through the 150 lb barrier. I had been going back and forth between 150 and 152 for over two weeks. Today I finally got under 150, weighing in at 148.8 and it is a big relief to have attained that goal
