As promised here's my report on spinning. Today they had the beginner class for spinning which is called"training wheels". They asked us to bring a towel and a water bottle. The instructor showed us how to set the bikes. How to get on, put the emergency brake, set the resistance etc. The last 10 minutes, we got a taste of how an actual class would be. I will tell you just those ten min. had me sweating. And thanks Madhu for advising me to use the gel seat cover. The instuctor told us that in a 45 min. class we can burn atleast 400 calories.
So altogether it was not bad. I will definately try an actual class,even if in the beginning I only last 15 minutes.
