Well I had a pretty good weekend. It was tons of fun, I got pretty good exercise but my eating was just "ok." Am getting back on track TOMORROW!!
Saturday I did alot of swimming. I got my mom to swim across the lake and back with me which was cool. We did some jetskiing also..that was fun! I had packed running gear but it was to freaking hot to be anywhere but in the house or in the water. Saturday night we went to a Mexican restraunt. I had way to many chips but we were sooo hungry b/c we had to wait an hour for a table! I just had nachos which isn't that bad..just chips, meat and cheese. Not real great though, but it could have been alot worse.
Sunday morning mom made pancakes and bacon along w/ a cream filled sub doughnut that we picked up last night after dinner..not good. But that was breakfast and lunch. For dinner I had steak and some chicken tenders from O'charley's w/ broccoli and smashed potatos. It was YUMMY!! I was hungry after all the paddleboating we did and I even came home and did PC3. So even though I didn't do cardio this weekend b/c it was to darn hot I did stay on track w/ Chalean extreme and I am really really proud of myself for that!

I'm hoping to continue my morning exercise spark streak! Which is why I have to get to bed soon. But here is my plan..subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances or the weather
Mon- Run in the morning
Kick at night
Tues-PC1/barn at night if not to hot
Wed-Run in morning/barn at night if not to hot
Thurs-PC2/Dinner w/ Ryan b/c he's leaving for 10 days :(
Fri- I have the day off b/c me, my mother, my friend Laura and her mom are going to see TAYLOR SWIFT!!! yeah, it's ok to be jealous!!! I think if i'm pretty close to my 1,500 goal and i work hard this week i might just give myself the day off to enjoy shopping, hanging w/ mom and the concert. We will see.
Sat- PC3. I would love to go to step also but my main goals/focus right now are running and CLX. Sooo I want to make sure i'm ready for week3 on 8/1 and in order to do that I have to do PC3 on saturday. And maybe barn depending on weather.
